It's ok to talk, I'm here to listen

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, it’s tough to figure out who you’ll truly connect with.
So, let me share a little about myself. Not just the credentials, but who I am and how I show up in this work, to help you get a sense of whether we might be a good fit.
About My Work
I'm a BACP-registered therapist based in Leeds and online. I work as a person-centred integrative therapist, which means I tailor therapy to you and your individual needs. I work with a range of people, including those facing a cancer diagnosis, neurodivergent clients and anyone seeking support through significant life transitions. I can also help if you're feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward.
There’s no quota you need to meet to start therapy. You don’t need a ‘right reason’ to be here. If something is weighing on your mind, therapy can be a space to breathe; it’s a genuine and honest conversation between two people to make sense of your experiences and what they mean to you.
I have a special interest in helping adults work through difficult and traumatic childhood and relationship experiences including:
- parental separation and divorce,
- abandonment and neglect,
- volatile and violent family environment,
- emotional, physical and sexual abuse
