You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are. Bring the overthinking, the exhaustion, the emotions that feel too big. If you’re not sure where to begin, that's ok too.

We begin with a short, free consultation to talk through your needs and see if we’re a good fit.

Each session is 50 minutes long and costs £50. 

I offer concessionary rates for students and low income. Please ask at first contact.

We can work in person, over video call, or telephone.

How many sessions we have together is entirely up to you and what feels helpful. Some people prefer weekly sessions, while others choose to check in less often. 

Our work can be short-term - just a session or two - or continue for longer, depending on what feels right for you.
